1General Terms & Conditions and Applicability

7Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Baji10 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason. Users will generally be notified before an account is closed, unless immediate action is required.

• At the user's request: You can close your account at any time by notifying our support team.
• Due to inactivity: An account may be declared inactive if there has been no activity for 12 months.
• For rule violations: Any breach of the terms and conditions will result in account closure without prior notice.
• Responsible Gaming: If a self-exclusion is requested, the account will be suspended for the specified period.

Even after an account is closed, any valid balance withdrawal will continue to be processed, provided no rules have been violated. Bonus balances are non-refundable.
